George's ideas on simulation

• Generate different length's range queries (0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% of max)
• Measure average IOs / ORE Ops per query / construction step
• Set cache size and implement clock algorithm
• Run for 100K records / 10K queries and fanout of 2, 5, 20, 50
• Make sure elapsed time is no smaller than CPU time
