Pull together for class project

Apply some final changes to make the project compatible with class project requirements.

In particular:

• Generate uniform "quick-n-dirty" datasets
• Run overnight simulation NoEnc vs PracticalORE
• Code quality and documentation check
• Fix CI
• Zip and submit (or give @gkollios access to repo)
